N3b style Parkas, superb winter weather coats
Cold weather N3b style parka coats based on
the design used by the U.S.A.F.
These parkas are very warm coats ideal for a cold winter.
Features include a heavy-duty plastic zip up front, similar to the ones fitted to the British Army six pocket camo jackets.
Button down storm flap, zip up arm pocket, four front mounted large pockets, one internal pocket and a waist drawcord.
Colours available are black and olive green.
Furry edged hood (light brown/tawny colour) for keeping the wind out. The furry edging is easily removed by undoing the press-studs if required
The lining is supple polyester (almost like satin in feel), while the outer shell is made from a heavier nylon fabric (still quite soft and supple). The insulation filling is polyester fibre.
Note these examples are NOT made by Alpha Industries, but are real beauts.

These Parkas are generously cut and well padded with insulation. Here is a guide to the external dimensions of these winter coats.

USAF style waist length jackets. These are based on the N2b design and feature a furry edged hood, elasticated cuffs and several pockets.
These are more or less a short version of an N3 parka and are pretty snazzy.
These are men's jackets but look good on ladies.
Good and warm for the winter months.

Green medium only available. Hood fur is white with black ends.
