Green sleep mat for keeping your sleeping bag off the ground. A great deal of heat can be lost to the ground when sleeping outdoors, even through a tents ground sheet. These mats give the user an extra barrier against this effective heatsink. The material is a type of synthetic foam rubber which also improves comfort during sleep, especially if all you have with you is your sleeping bag.
