Delivery Details
UK & Ireland carriage charges
£1.50 on orders of five pounds or less.
£2.50 on orders of ten pounds or less.
£4.50 on orders over ten pounds.
Shopping cart automatically works out carriage charge.
Small orders within the UK sent by Royal Mail signed for delivery.
Larger parcels within the UK sent by ParcelForce signed 48 hour or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Other carriers used from time to time as required.
International delivery by pre-arrangement only due to heavy costs involved shipping to foreign countries.
Goods usually despatched within 3 working days if in stock. This site is updated most days to show if items are unavailable.
If an item ordered is out of stock you will be promptly informed.
General Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend errors or alter any mistakes at any time and without notice.
We also reserve the right to alter this website at any time without notice.
We endeavour to accurately represent the goods sold but hold no responsibility for any inaccuracy or omission.
We endeavour to keep the website up to date and mark items as out of stock when they are so, but due to the nature of retail we do not guarantee everything on this website is available.
Any goods which the customer has paid for and which are no longer available for any reason will be refunded for promptly or backordered with the customer's agreement.
We hold no responsibility for errors made by the third party carriers we use. However we can re-send items lost by the carrier when 14 days has passed after despatch.
Allow 14 days for delivery even though the vast majority of orders are sent within three working days and received well within a week.
All goods are sold for non critical use only and must only be used in non critical applications (critical being cited as any use where danger to life and limb or damage to property may result from use). No liability is accepted for direct or indirect loss pertaining to the misuse of any goods sold or given as gifts pertaining to this aforesaid application policy.
Any emails sent to us with attachments will be deleted.

A.R. Goss does not disclose any customer information to third parties other than that required by the Royal Mail or other carrier used for delivery (your name and address needs to be on the parcel and related carrier documentation).
